What is the MCP server?

The MCP server connects AI assistants to our platform using Model Context Protocol (MCP) — a standard that lets AI tools safely interact with structured systems.

In plain terms: MCP is the bridge between AI assistants and our messaging tools.

It gives AI assistants capabilities they don't have on their own — like sending messages, pulling delivery history or checking campaign costs. It doesn't replace your API or Dashboard. It just gives you a fast, more human way to handle everyday tasks.

Think of it as a shortcut, not a substitute.

What you can do with conversational messaging

If your AI assistant supports MCP servers, you can do things like:

  • Send an SMS

  • Check message history

  • Manage contact lists

  • Use saved templates

  • Pull delivery stats

  • Get pricing for campaigns

All by asking — in plain English.
