Well, haven’t our Product Team been very busy of late….. We normally like to do a blog post about every new integration, but we’ve had quite a few of late so we’re compiling them all into one post, which is something we’ll do going forward as we’ve got lots more to come. đź’Ş

Teamup

Who are they?

Teamup is a powerful calendar application for scheduling jobs, booking resources and listing events among many other use cases. It simplifies how teams communicate information far beyond who, when, and where. With custom fields and document attachments, you can capture, update, filter and share information in multiple dimensions.

How does ClickSend fit in?

ClickSend integrates with Teamup via Zapier, which if you’re familiar with this amazing product you will know it takes minutes to set up. The most popular use case or “Zap” for ClickSend and Teamup is to automatically get an SMS sent, to anyone, for new or updated Teamup calendar events.

Who are they?

Salesforce

Who are they?

Come on, do I need to tell you? Salesforce is the big daddy of CRMs, definitely the market leader in this space.

How does ClickSend fit in?

ClickSend has been a direct partner with Salesforce for some time, but you can now add SMS to the Flow Builder for automated messaging and create SMS marketing campaigns. These are two great new additions to ClickSend SMS within Salesforce. Before, ClickSend SMS was only available on Contacts and Leads objects. Now it is available on Campaigns objects too. You can compose your message before sending it to your Campaigns.

You can now also pull SMS templates within Salesforce CRM too. And we also now have logs for all outbound messages in the ClickSend SMS Logs object.
